Job Summary
We’re seeking a passionate Salesperson to join our motorcycle shop team. The ideal candidate will provide technical advice and assistance to customers and help them find the right motorcycle based on their needs and preferences. The Salesperson will also serve as a Customer Service Representative, promoting our products and providing excellent service. The role of a Salesperson and Brand Ambassador will include attending events and building relationships with customers to foster loyalty. The candidate will also manage the shop’s inventory and provide assistance with installation or repairs. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and have a passion for motorcycles with deep knowledge of the products being sold.
Job Description
- Salesperson and Technical Advisor
- Help customers find the right motorcycle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide technical advice and assistance to customers who need help with repairs or upgrades
- Ideal candidate has a good understanding of motorcycle mechanics and can communicate technical information in an approachable manner.
- Customer Service Representative
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors to the shop
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information
- Process transactions and handle any issues or complaints that may arise
- Ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as deep knowledge of the products being sold.
- Salesperson and Brand Ambassador
- Promote and sell the products and services offered by the motorcycle shop
- Represent the brand in a positive light to the community
- Attend events, network with other enthusiasts, and build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and has a passion for motorcycles with deep knowledge of the products being sold.
- Salesperson and Inventory Manager
- Manage the shop’s inventory, including ordering and receiving new products, organising and maintaining the stock room
- Ensure that all products are properly labelled and priced
- Sell products to customers and provide assistance with installation or repairs as needed
- Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and has some technical knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
